Meet the face behind HW Styles, Haley! Haley has been in the hair industry for several years and has loved continuing to elevate her clients’ experiences and improve her skills! Haley specialises in Invisible Bead Hair Extensions, prioritising scalp health and hair growth, as well as lived-in blondes and brunettes! In her free time, you can catch her golfing with her husband and playing with their mini dachshund, Ozzy! We can’t wait to see you in the salon!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. This policy ensures that we can continue providing the highest level of service to all of our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! • • We do not give refunds on purchased products. If for some reason the product is not working out it may be eligible to exchange for another product we retail in the salon. We do not give refunds on our services. All colors, cuts, and perms are guaranteed for 1 week after the appointment time, as long as professional products suggested by your stylist are being used. During this period, if you feel there is a problem with the service-- that was caused by the stylist--you may return to have any necessary adjustments made, free of charge.
